Students will be bringing parents to school to discuss the student's learning with the teacher. Parents will make an appointment for this visit. Only the child and parent(s) will attend together at a pre-arranged time. Report cards will go home Tuesday, November 15th, 2016.

What: Bring Your Parent(s) to School

Why: An opportunity for the parent(s), child, and teacher to discuss the child's learning.

When: Thursday, November 17th, 2016   (6pm-8pm)                 Friday, November 18th, 2016 (9am-11:30am)

Where: You child's classroom by appointment only (To get the most out of this very important time, brothers or sisters should not accompany you and your child to this meeting).

How to Arrange for an Appointment

When requesting an appointment, please leave evening time slots open for parents who work in the daytime.

Parents are asked to call the phone line indicated below to arrange an appointment. The phone line is available for this purpose only on the dates and times indicated below.

When to call: Tuesday, November 15th & Wednesday, November 16th, 2016 between 9am-12pm  & 1pm-3pm

*Please note that due to the administrative assistant's regular responsibilities, the administrative assistant will not be able to take appointments for you if you call the regular school number. In addition, the administrative assistant does not have the teachers' appointment schedules. If you are unavailable for "Bring Your Parent to School", please make sure to make alternate arrangements to discuss your child's learning.
